Small building, nice space, great location.

Older, problems that were not solved prior (holes where mice could get in)

Pros:
The apartment was pretty spacious for the price, and the neighbors were very friendly. The street was usually pretty quiet; there was a fountain across the street for constant “white noise” and regular ambulances and fire trucks though.
Cons:
Some mice, and the heat was too much, sometimes well into summer.
