Avoid at all costs

Pros:
Heat worked, maybe a little too well
Cons:
Owner responsiveness is pretty much nonexistent. Takes fees out of security deposit for infrastructure issues that are out of residents control. Old building, rats and roaches in basement and seen in units. Minimal security, lost packages all the time.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive!

Stay Away - Much better buildings out there

Pros:
Only Cheap rent
Cons:
Intercom system is terrible, if you get a lot of packages or food deliveries it will be horrible for you. Management is non responsive. Very old building and apartments. Rats in basement and who knows where else.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building
