Great location, nothing fancy but not a bad place to live

Pros:
Has washer/dryer in basement Super is pretty responsive and have only had to contact a couple of times Neighbors are all reasonably quiet
Cons:
When the hot water is turned up too high it comes out rusty (I have not reached out to anyone about this so not sure if it's just mine, I can still take hot showers and not have this issue) Window panes leak sometimes in very heavy storms but it's only been a minor and occasional inconvenience

Great location but could see some renovation

Amazing location Quiet neighbors
Cons:
Loud street noise but better than fee years ago No elevator Old trims, decor, appliances etc. Could benefit some deep renovation

Try to renovate more
