Solid apartment but no keypad access
Former Tenant
Pros:
good location, that’s about it
Cons:
no washer dryer in building, no keypad for front door entry (so if you didn’t have your outdoor key on you at all times you’re SOL), small room
Advice to owner:
please put a keypad in the front of the building f

Terrible building and landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, air conditioners
Cons:
Rats, mice, cockroaches, spiders, a lot of mold, dust, homeless people who live in the foyer, landlords and super is terrible they rarely ever repair and are good gas lighters
Advice to owner:
Have a super that does their job efficiently and don’t do marginal work on the building and gas light everyone complaining about the real issues living inside of it. And put up cameras for the tenants protection and your own.
