Great location, busy street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - tons of restaurants, transit stops, groceries. Apartment is well maintained and management was responsive. Modern appliances w/ ceiling fan and AC unit in each room.
Cons:
Busy street w/ fire station on the block.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up. Electronic rent payment would be a nice to have.
