Nice building & location

Pros:
The landlord and super are very attentive, never had an issue with pests, the building and apartments cute.
Cons:
Definitely have the landlord special with the paint jobs, appliances a bit outdated but nothing crazy.

Great starter apartment with basics. No amenities but great location.

Pros:
Close to Union square and 1 minute away from L. In between 2 Trader Joe’s, and close to Target! Good space for rooms.
Cons:
Steep stairs, no laundry or other amenities. Far from laundromat.
