Only suitable for college kids who want to party
Former Tenant
Pros:
The convenience of the location is the main high point.
Cons:
I lived in this building before the pandemic, and by 2023 it had become full of college kids that had little regard for their neighbors. Parties until 4AM, slamming the doors hard enough to make my pictures fall off the wall, throwing all the trash mixed together so the super and his family have to pick through the trash to separate recycling, leaving the doors propped open in the middle of the night so their friends (and whoever else) can wander in.
