Building is not well kept. Management took a long time to respond (if at all) and there were roaches in the unit

Uneven floors in the apartment and packages get stolen

Quiet, responsive management
Cons:
The shower sucked and had no temp control. Could use some updated appliances and kitchen and bathroom. Heat was either full blast or completely off.

Update kitchen and bathroom. Fix plumbing

Cheap building. You get what you pay for

Pros:
Nice location for a very cheap rent: 3K per month for a 2 bedrooms.
Spacious living room.
Flexibility to break the lease.
Cons:
There is no elevator. There common area are super old and not maintained at all.
The super is not reactive at all neither helpful.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super
