    bugs were all around

    pest control more often

    - It’s a dorm, so utilities are included
    Cons:
    - Mail system (takes forever to get your packages, some of my mail was also lost)
    - Rats and roaches persist no matter how many times professionals come to take care of it

    Improve mail system
