Very rude landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked the neighborhood
Cons:
The landlord was extremely rude and violated the lease several times. I had to deal with having a refrigerator that didn’t work for an entire year because the landlord got angry at me and stormed into my apartment to scream at me with zero notice when I asked for it to be fixed. The landlord also did not give me the option to stay in the apartment even with raised rent, even when the apartment will be vacant for months.
Advice to owner:
Stop violating the terms of your lease. Fix things when tenants ask for them to be fixed. Make conditions livable for tenants.

TERRIBLE Crazy Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, as of right now. Great neighborhood.
Cons:
Landlord refuses to repair broken appliances, very cruel. Multiple appliences were not working since move in. She will shamelessly go against her own lease and intimidate and lie to her tenants in order to save herself money.
