Not OK needs lots of improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apt. Exterminator comes every first thurs of the month.
Cons:
Building doesn’t update anything unless threatened to do so. Heat feels below legal limit. Super is unresponsive. Never calls back and isn’t accountable. Neighbors are now young and disrespectful as the building seems to be renting to whoever will take it now. Homelessness is a severe problem on this block.
Advice to owner:
Invest to make the building better to attract quality tenants. Ensure the super communicates in a clear and responsive manner.
