Decent Apartment Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live-in super, no bugs, well-maintained units, intercom access, package room.
Cons:
We had a huge water leak in the ceiling of the building that management took a while to fix the resulting damage. Property management is very slow to respond. Occasional package theft issues despite the existence of a package room.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenant issues and complaints related to package theft and maintenance requests.

Good water pressure, good location.
Cons:
Roaches in the summer, mice. This was in 2018-2019 so I’m not sure what the situation is now.

Clean building with nice hallways and large sunny apartments
