stolen packages, smelly stairwell,

be more responsive to maintenance requests، doorman or ring camera to prevent package theft

Pros:
Our apt (higher floor) had great light and views. Building hallways were always clean and management was responsive.
Cons:
Trash outside building was not well taken care of.
