Good, but a bit messy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was amazing, the apartment was charming, and it’s fairly priced.
Cons:
Very dirty hallways and common places.
Advice to owner:
Have someone do a quick clean of the stairs and hallways, clear all the junk Ian’s it will make a world of difference.
