Horrible responsiveness with landlord, management company does not know what they are doing and has tried to take advantage of us multiple times by noting different things in the lease than what was committed to via email.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company

Absolutely Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment with updated appliances, including a washer/dryer in unit.
Cons:
Management will never respond to maintenance request through their leasing website. It took us months to get and have a new washer/dryer installed, from problem diagnosis to when someone actually came to hook it up. It also took four months to get a new microwave after ours shorted and blew out the outlet. They never gave compensation for the lack of the appliances and still are unresponsive as we try to move out. It is also impossible to contact the landlord, or the representative of the landlord, directly. Only phone numbers you’re lucky to find is of a worker in their office who will “deliver” messages for you, but never give you the number to call yourself.
Advice to owner:
Actually try to help your tenants and replace/repair things since a timely manner. It should never take four months for a microwave.

Bad Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated building with nice features like washer/dryer and dishwasher
Cons:
Incredibly unresponsive and difficult to deal with landlords who ghosted me when I asked for a $5000 security deposit back New renovation is cheaply done with lots of corners cut, things quickly fell apart
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants, give me back my security deposit
