Best NY Landlord I’ve Ever Had

Pros:
Michael and his team are kind and very responsive. Whenever there was a problem, they always quickly acted. The building is well maintained and in a quiet area.
Cons:
We had a rodent problem that went on for 6-7 months. While the Property Owner would send exterminators, they were frustratingly never able to get it under control and also refused to send cleaners which is mandatory under tenancy law.
Advice to owner:
Adhere to tenancy laws around pest control and if there’s an ongoing problem, take measures to fix it.
