Great building & landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super very responsive and nice, any issues are always solved so fast. Landlord/ management also so easy to work with and honest, hard to find in nyc.
Cons:
It is an old building so once a year or so something will pop up (usually a fussy radiator), but it’s always resolved immediately (like within a few hours!)
Advice to owner:
Take good care of your employees because they are great and the reason so many renew.
