Pros:
Cheap, rent stabilized
Cons:
Not a clean building. It’s so old and has significant plumbing issues. Our ceiling collapsed in multiple places multiple times. However, it has a new owner and they seem much more responsive.
Advice to owner:
Continue to improve on all apartments, not just the ones with new tenants
