Pros:
Okay appliances and good water pressure and washer and dryer in the building
Cons:
This building is supposed to be rent stabilized but the owners take advantage of tenants and charge them MCI costs when they shouldn’t.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to scam your tenants

Laundry machine does not dry clothes

Wonderful neighbors who work together to look out for ourselves
Cons:
Property management is absolutely trash. AWFUL landlords.
