Management Company Inept and Unresponsive

Pros:
The location is amazing, and the street facing windows offer wonderful natural light.
Cons:
The apartment is small, which is to be expected in NYC. What is the most upsetting is the management company’s inability to respond to pest complaints, maintenance requests, and sanitation notices. The property itself is fine, but the owners are horrible.
