super is great, landlord sucks

super clearly cares about his tenants, lives on site and super responsive
Cons
landlord is so difficult to deal with, most interactions with the property manager have led to him disregarding my maintenance requests, building is literally falling apart and they refuse to update anything and then question why their tenants have to send in maintenance requests every day. i had waterbugs into the winter and my water pressure and temp hasn’t consistently worked the entire duration of my lease. will literally never sign a lease with this landlord ever again.
