Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient, safe zoning. Broker will negotiate for ESA/service animals.
Cons:
Small space that’s falling apart (two ceiling collapses) with turnover handymen running late, and loose security deposit return lost in the mail by 14-day lawful deadline.
Advice to owner:
NYC Council & NYSAG agree it’s unreasonable for tenant to pickup check in Bayside or to pay certified mail.
