Good Place to Start
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area feels safe and doorman building. Reasonable rent did not increase per year. When there were complaints things were handled timely.
Cons:
Construction for the past year and pretty noisy on upper levels.

Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredibly friendly staff, from the lobby to the maintenance folks. Well maintained building. Responsive to any issues. The rooftop isn't finished, but can see that it's gonna be good when it is. Sometimes the construction can be an inconvenience, but the building is continuously being improved on so you benefit from it either way.
Cons:
It's the same typical NYC apartment issue where the winter gets hot regardless. Never used the heat once in the years we lived here. Sometimes your neighbors are obnoxious, but what are you gonna do? All and all, a good place to live.

Nice building and Apt!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was very well kept! Had zero problems with pests
Cons:
One of the doormans can be quite rude. There was a humidity problem with one of the walls. Probably some internal piping problem, they took forever to fix it.
Advice to owner:
Address apartment repairs in a timely manner

I love living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are very nice and helpful. The building is well tended to and space feels clean.
Cons:
The gym is almost too small to utilize, and I wish the lobby has seating/ any decorations or plants lol
Advice to owner:
Add plants to the lobby …

Clean building and responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is accesible to so much public transit and was recently renovated. Management is responsive / always around and the building is kept very clean.
Cons:
There were ocasional pest sightings and the basement laundry had traps for mice, it that’s to be expected in NY. It can get loud sometimes depending on your neighbors. The heat in my apartment worked but I never turned it on because there was a hot water pipe running through my room that made it really warm in the winter so I usually opened a window.
