Solid Studio for Single Person
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, good water pressure, pest control monthly, quiet neighbors
Cons:
Heat was aggressively hot during the winter. The windows always had to be open.

Good starting place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decently sized clean suites. Super convenient area to live in. Safe to live in.
Cons:
No rooftop access, hall noise filtered into apartment, loud neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Look at sealing or replacing doors with a better fit so all the noise doesn't filter in. Fire alarms too close to stove, set off easily if the windows aren't open.
