STAY OUT of here!

Pros:
Location, location and not living in this place
Cons:
Everything about this building was wrong.
The boiler from the hot water stopped working at least once every three months.
The super Tony is a thief.
Packages get stolen all the time.
No one answer the emails.
Space is small and dark.
Just terrible
Advice to owner:
All three supers they had while I was living there were unresponsive

walk up, small bedrooms, not many washers and dryers available/ in use
