Hidden gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Truly a hidden jam in the city. The front desk is always receptive, and they do a nice job of mails and delivery management. The apartment is clean and the roof top is spacious.
Cons:
The recent price increase. From covid pricing we saw 25% increase
Advice to owner:
If the price was a bit more manageable, this would have been a A+ apartment

Overall solid building but pricy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, quality building. Very nice roof. Friendly and helpful staff including doormen. Spacious apartments
Cons:
Price is largest con - moved up meaningfully since covid. Occasional loud noises from building maintenance and random daytime hours. Water pressure can be inconsistent
Advice to owner:
Adjust prices to be more reasonable or expect turnover
