Good overall, could be a bit loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great experience overall, doormen and super are responsive and diligent.
Cons:
It could get a bit loud at times if your apartment is facing the second avenue and walls are a bit on the thinner side.

Suitable for an entry-level nyc apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are the sweetest people alive, large and clean laundry room and small gym, responsive live-in super
Cons:
Did have some cockroaches and it was difficult to do anything with the management company as they made you go up to their offices in the Bronx to file any paperwork
Advice to owner:
Make it easier to do lease renewals and changes online or over email, the building could use general updates to the hallways
