Construction, not great landlord

Pros:
Near lots of trains, nice interiors, inexpensive
Cons:
Loud, not a great land lord, neighborhood is bad

Pros:
The finishes are modern and clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Cons:
Noise travels very easily through walls. Had a pest problem that the super/landlord was slow to deal with.
