Super is very responsive, great lobby, clean, no major pest issues
Cons:
Laundry is insanely expensive, doormen nice but won’t go out of their way to help you, noisy area

Decent Building in Midtown

Building super is super responsive and doormen are pretty nice! Units are clean and good sized. Packages are organized.
Cons:
Hallways look like the haunted mansion. Not sure if they’ll ever get done!

Fix the hallways please!
