Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for 260 West 54 Street highlight a prime Midtown location, friendly doorman, and generally clean and well-lit apartments with great views. Tenants appreciate the concierge and maintenance staff for responsiveness, especially regarding repairs. The building offers decent amenities like a gym and sun deck but lacks extensive luxury features. Persistent elevator issues, long wait times, and occasional unresponsiveness from management are common drawbacks. Noise from street traffic and nearby emergency services is frequently noted, with some suggesting improved soundproofing. The apartments have dated finishes, and some criticize management for delayed security deposits and insufficient infrastructure upgrades.
