Worst construction management

At least they are trying to fix stuff

Everything breaks and it’s takes them MONTHS to repair. Don’t think I have ever lived here in my five years and the elevators actually worked. One has been out for five months. Five months!!?!?

Advice to the owners

Fix things quicker. Invest in better people and things so they can be fixed easier

great building but everything is broken

location, location, location great staff and manager, especially Jerry

everything is broken. elevators constantly down. redoing the entire lobby floor...again. little notice or communication for how long doors will be closed. Water systems constantly down for repairs. they replaced the unit HVAC and they are terrible. they can't seem to do any work on the building correctly.

Advice to the owners

give notice to how long repairs will take. I moved out as I can't live with no communication.
