    Solid starter apmt

    Pros:
    good location, gets the job done, back facing unit quiet, nice big kitchen
    Cons:
    took long to start heat in the winter, no laundry in building and laundry is far, street is very dirty and causes stress
    Advice to owner:
    add w/d in unit
