An okay place to live...
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings, quiet for midtown, good location, exposed brick, decent sized living room, bathroom, and bedroom, responsive management
Cons:
Cockroach issue is so bad, inconsistent hot water, only one radiator and it doesn’t get very warm, tiny kitchen with outdated appliances, toilet clogs a lot, sink in bathroom clogs a lot, garbage is kept in the building and can stink sometimes, restaurant downstairs uses the area behind the building as ugly storage and smokes outside which comes into the building
Advice to owner:
Every other week pest control is not enough. The garbage should be kept outside to help with this.
