Currently Overpriced, but ok place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, hard to find a one bedroom at this price nowadays
Cons:
Ongoing eviction case involving tenant and super is creating some weird conflict. Also laundry is in the sister building and not the actual building itself.
