Classic Management Company

Only the location
Cons:
During the pandemic I loved living here, but as soon as people started coming back into the city the management company was trying to get all they can get. Everyone started moving out because of $1000 hikes, and the people that were able to afford the rent were awful. So loud, leaving trash in the halls, packages in the passage way
Advice to owner:
I doubt the owner will read this.

Decent Apartment But Awful Management

Pros:
Location is good but far from subway
Cons:
Heating didn’t work properly all winter. Several neighbors called 311 and the landlord was fined but the issue was not fixed. They raise everyone’s rent very differently, very shady
