Great Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice walk-up in a great neighborhood. Eddy the super is very helpful and attentive. It’s truly a great value for a walk up building. No problems with packages being stolen, great neighbors and you have immediate access to Frisson and Fresh From Hell.
Cons:
Cold water takes about 2 minutes to cycle up, however, I lived on the 4th floor.
Advice to owner:
Take care of Eddy, he’s great!

Good but not worth this high of rent. Better deals out there.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors most of the time. Great super. Coffee shop downstairs. Laundry machines are good.
Cons:
North facing windows are not enough for sunlight. Be prepared to turn on your lamps around 10 am. The heating is not sufficient, so had to buy extra heater (electric cost +30$ per month more). Window AC not enough for the whole apartment). Apartment doors have weird gaps that let so much cold/hot air and noise in. The street is super noisy with cars blasting music, motorcycle gangs passing by and the school across has alarms ringing around 7-8 am. Grocery stores close by are very expensive. Kitchen appliances very old.
