Great super, not so great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Jamie the super was always super helpful whenever I’d have *a number* of issues - convenient location near trains and coffee shop + juice bar - friendly block - natural light
Cons:
- units could do with a bit of an upgrade on finishes - had an issue with mice - had an issue with cockroaches - received the unit in a very dirty condition
Advice to owner:
Be kinder to tenants and perhaps make a few upgrades to attract tenants
