super is awesome
Former Tenant
Pros:
despite having issues with both bathrooms showers from the beginning as well as some pest issues (roaches) the super jamie was always very responsive and helpful. apartment we had was very bright and spacious. heat and hot water were pretty consistent.
Cons:
management itself was completely uninvolved/uninterested in what was going on in the building as far as i could tell. internet constantly failed even with two routers. you can hear everything going on next to, above, and below you. lobby.stairways are pretty yuck.
Advice to owner:
pay your super more and talk to your tenants to see what the building needs, as it could use some refurbishing.
