Nightmare Building from Hell

Pros:
Well considering the only thing I rated about 1 star is water pressure should tell you a lot.
Cons:
This building is a nightmare. Dirty, falling apart. One unit’s ceiling actually caved in. In addition to this old building falling into virtually complete disrepair, the super Jose is a belligerent bigot and racist who uses slurs towards Black and LGBTQIA+ people freely.. sometimes he says then in Spanish assuming people don’t know what he says. The common spaces are rickety dirty stairs, there are rats. I could go on and on but you get the picture.
