Been here a few years

Pros

Neighbors are amazing. building is clean and quiet. Well connected to all of Manhattan through subways. Honestly, best management system I’ve dealt with in nyc. All tickets are resolved so quickly.

Cons

It’s an old building. With that comes a lot of charm and occasionally some inconveniences I.e. no laundry, no a/c, etc.
