It’s okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
The man who maintains the garbage for the building is amazing. He’s really friendly and keeps everything clean, dispute the neighbors leaving it a mess.
Cons:
Building managers never respond to complaints made about apartments. Only take action when 311 is contacted.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and repair these apartments.
