Long fix times
Former Tenant
Pros:
The court yard view of the apartment is very quiet and you can barely hear anything. It also faces a playground which helps let in more light during the day
Cons:
The super takes a long time to fix things. The buzzer to my building broke one month after I moved in and it took them 7 months to fix it. When my radiator started leaking, the super wouldn’t come until I got video evidence of it actively leaking. When the radiator broke in the entry way causing steam to fill up the entire hall, creating a large puddle on the floor and spraying guests when they walked past the super didn’t fix it for 2 months
Advice to owner:
Get a new super that fixes things in a timely manner

Good Location for Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Giant space - Good price for space and location - Midtown
Cons:
- Can be loud streetside - Super is unhelpful - Owner and Property Management do not get anything done for you no matter how much you ask
Advice to owner:
Get a better super and be more responsive on your online portal. We pay a lot of money for rent, we should be treated better.
