The Worst Landlord and Management Team
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, has a Patio
Cons:
Rats in the ceilings and walls, cockroaches everywhere, the roof isn’t sealed properly so the ceiling in the bedroom is rotting and falling in, close to zero natural light, the management team is rude and unresponsive, the landlord is a conniving slumlord who would let this place rot
Advice to owner:
Take more pride in your property. It could be really nice and worth something if you cared about it and your tenants.
