shitty building shitty block but good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
good location - times square area - park in front of the building
Cons:
no heat bed bugs lot`s of druggies around homeless noisy druggie neighbors who fight all the time - stressful : also vandals (cut the internet cable on the rooftop - no internet for a few days)
Advice to owner:
get rid of the homeless etc - and get better neighbors - reduce rent of the rare tenants who pay it !

Packages getting stolen in a continuous basis
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, good trash collection
Cons:
Packages getting continuously stolen, very old building, damaged flooring and wall paint coming out, terrbly low water pressure
Advice to owner:
Owner should maintain a separate mailroom for packages and do something about the package theft.
