Horrible management; Building falling apart

Pros:
Location, in unit w/d, cheap rent
Cons:
unresponsive management + super!! had significant flooding/leaks and part of ceiling collapsed—did not hear from super/management for 48 hours. only threw plaster on the hole in the ceiling. neighbors are loud and children scream and play in the hallways. hallways smell horrible. constant screaming from neighbors. intercom doesn’t work. people steal packages/mail.
