Pros:
Pre Covid, did what it needed to do - space to sleep
Cons:
Cock roach infestation. They had people come in an spray but did nothing. No light in one of the rooms. Can hear neighbors screaming at each other.

Don’t have high expectations

Pros:
I like my specific unit aside from the fact that I moved in and the floors were filthy. I have a good view.
Cons:
The virtual doorman system hardy works. I’ve had 2 packages stolen so far and management hasn’t helped. Security issues- I’ve had a stranger knock on my door and ask for money, had my apartment searched by cops responding to a DV incident a floor below, and a stranger chased my friend out of the building early in the morning. The hallway smells as some tenants leave their trash in the hallway because taking the stairs all the way down is apparently too much. The stairs are steep and if you live above the 3rd floor, good luck carrying anything heavy up.
Advice to owner:
Let us know who our landlord is, increase security and adding trash chutes would seriously help the smell and trash problem (which brings in flies)
