Unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
I want to like my apartment more but management is making it really hard.
Cons:
They never respond to emails and neither does the super. It takes forever to get a response or something fixed. I’ve been here for mnn on t ha and I still can’t use their app to unlock the front door

Rodents gone wild
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to train
Cons:
Due to improper trash storage rats are outside and in between the walls
Advice to owner:
Rethink how you store the trash so I don’t have to hear rats in the wall all night
