Location is fabulous
Cons:
Kitchen ridiculously small with no drawer, Stairway dark.
Advice to owner:
Have Building manager return calls more promptly. poor communication. Cannot get maintainance help when needed.

Lived here from 2017 - 2019. Management and super are extremely rude and could not care less about their tenants. We went 2 weeks in the middle of winter without any heat or hot water in the building. No updates, no rent discounts, nothing. Our last straw was Sept 2019 when the entire 5th floor was overtaken by mice. Our apartment had over 10 mice in it, as well as the other 3 neighboring apartments. The super refused to do anything about it.
Advice to owner:
Get better management. Get a better super. Update the property because it’s falling disgustingly apart.
