Very abusive super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heating is strong
Cons:
The superintendent is very rude and verbally abusive. Always making mean comments. No way to treat your tenants like this.

Quiet Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet building. Nice and considerate neighbors. Part time doormen are great.
Cons:
Management is very unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of. Not an issue if you don't need management for anything, but good luck trying to contact them. Apartments are quite a bit outdated.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants

Good Building Except Facade Construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive super, includes utilities, central heating during winters
Cons:
Had renovations to the facade that has dragged on for almost a year without any relief for tenants (windows were taped shut, no privacy with people outside window even on high floors, constant drilling early in the morning), package room closes early, no doorman during the day
Advice to owner:
Offer relief for tenants for the construction

Horribly loud construction for 6 months and counting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gio is a good super, always available for repairs and the size of the apartments are nice
Cons:
There has been construction going on the outside of the building since December 2020 and it is now May 2021 and still going on. It’s so loud I have to cancel work calls on a daily basis and the building will not reduce my rent or give me a set date the construction will be complete. I cannot explain how miserable it is. I’ve asked the management company Century Management Services to find me a new apartment, they say they are working on it then never follow up with units despite my daily emails. I cannot wait to move out of the building. Also on my floor there is a tenant who doesn’t clean their unit so the entire floor smells like cat feces and it is so strong the smell leaks into my unit even though I’m on the opposite side of the building.
Advice to owner:
Stop construction until the pandemic is over. It’s so wrong to do this knowing everyone is home all day.
