Pros

It's nice to have people in there to watch packages etc. The super is nice and responsive. Management team is not great and never answers though

Management team is not great and never answers. The people who operate the elevator are kind of weird and slow.

It’s a great space but a small space

Pros

- the amenities are nice - the super is responsive - the tenants in the building are good - the location is lovely

Cons

- the management company is not responsive - they will raise your rent to insane amounts - the laundry is constantly breaking - the safety of the area has changed
